Goldmoon apparait sur les écrans radar pour la première fois avec ‘Bells’ sur la compilation ‘From Above Volume 2‘ (label Lumière Noire), aux côtés de 14 artistes de la scène électronique sélectionnés par Chloé en 2020.
Quelques mois plus tard, le pianiste Alban Claudin écrit un arrangement du morceau pour claviers et voix qui sort en single (Sony Masterworks) sous le nom de ‘Bells Variations’. Cette version, remixée par le talentueux duo Napkey sortira également en single chez Sony. Trois incarnations pour ce premier titre qui ont rapidement dépassé le million de streams.
Mais Qui est Goldmoon ?
Guitariste, compositeur et réalisateur, Stefane Goldman crée Goldmoon après plusieurs années de collaboration en écriture avec Imany, qu’il a également accompagné lors de deux tournées internationales dont la seconde fut portée par le succès phénoménal de ‘Don’t be so Shy’ dont il est co-compositeur.
Goldmoon est un voyage musical Electro à l’ambiance rétrofuturiste. Quatre titres instrumentaux figurent sur DAY 5, un premier EP qui navigue entre Electronica, Ambient et Synthwave mélancolique. Enregistré à Paris et mixé à Berlin par Alexkid, il sort chez Taktic Music le 30 juin (distribution Idol), précédé du single DAY 5 disponible sur l’ensemble des sites de streaming le 23 juin 2023. Une vidéo 3D réalisée par Goldmoon accompagne ce premier single.
Goldmoon, c’est aussi une série de collaborations avec des chanteuses et chanteurs venus d’horizons musicaux très différents. Leurs talentueuses participations à cette aventure sortiront en single au fil du temps.
Le premier d’entre eux, chanté par Imany, est prévu à l’automne 2023 sur le label Think Zik !
Goldmoon appeared on the radar for the first time with ‘Bells’ on the compilation ‘From Above Volume 2’ (Lumière Noire label), alongside 14 of the most cutting-edge artists on the electronic scene selected by the French DJ Chloé.
A few months later, pianist Alban Claudin wrote an arrangement of the track for keyboards and vocals, which was released as a single (Sony Masterworks) under the name ‘Bells Variations’. This version was then remixed by the talented duo Napkey and released a few weeks later by Sony. The various incarnations of this debut quickly topped the million-streams mark.
Who is Goldmoon?
Guitarist, composer, and producer Stefane Goldman created Goldmoon after several years of writing with Imany, whom he also accompanied on two international tours, the second of which was boosted by the phenomenal success of ‘Don’t be so Shy,’ of which he was co-composer.
Goldmoon is an Electro musical journey with a retro-futuristic feel. Four instrumental tracks feature on DAY 5, a debut EP that veers between Electronica, Ambient and melancholy Synthwave. Recorded in Paris and mixed by Alexkid in Berlin, it will be released by Taktic Music on June 30 (Idol distribution), preceded by the single DAY 5, available on all streaming platforms from June 23. A 3D video produced by Goldmoon supports this first single.
Goldmoon is also a series of collaborations with singers from different musical backgrounds. Their talented contributions to this adventure will pop up as singles over time.
The first of these, sung by Imany, is scheduled for release in autumn 2023 on Think Zik!
